Our experienced bakers are themselves gluten-free so we know how to keep things safe for your needs.  We also know what it's like to miss the chewy, dense texture of artisan French bread or the sweet spice of holiday gingerbread.   You won't have to be left out anymore.  Now you can have your cake and eat it too!  The taste of our baked goods is so close to what you remember that you will feel like you're dreaming.  Our bakery is multi-generational, using old family recipes modified with our secret recipe gluten-free flour blend.
